01How I got here
A designer who kept asking “and then what?”
I spent my first decade in Italian design studios — logos, posters, websites, campaigns. Good training for the eye. But every project ended at handover, and I kept wondering what happened next.
In 2017 I moved to Australia and found out. Agency work turned into product work: research, roadmaps, experiments, the slow craft of making something better every sprint. I went from designing screens to deciding which screens should exist at all.
Then I moved to China, went fully remote, and started working with teams spread across Australia, the Philippines, the US, Canada and the UK. Somewhere along the way, “product” stopped meaning just software. It meant suppliers, margins, warehouses and shipping containers too.
Today I sit where creativity, technology and business meet. I'm the person who can talk typography with a designer, specs with an engineer and unit costs with a manufacturer — and make sure all three are building the same thing.
